Help Desk is a class offered at TBA where students can learn how to repair computers and fix problems with the computers. Mr. Eason is the teacher for Help Desk. There can be problems with software or hardware and it isn’t limited to just one type of computer. In Help Desk, students fix Apple's, Hp's, Dell's, and more. Last year, not too many students learned how to fix computers. Now, many more can!

Sometimes the problems are in the hardware. Other times, it is the software. In Help Desk students deal with both and help fix student's or teacher's computers. Students learn how to fix new computers as well as old ones. Since the students will be fixing real problems, they can’t tell what the next class is going to be like.

Overall, Help Desk is a fun and exciting class where students can learn how to fix computers. Some students learn how to make cross cable. The students who joined the Help Desk last year, Steven, Matt and Jian Ying, enjoyed the class because there were only three students. This year, it is for all freshmen who want to learn how to fix computers.

TechBoston Academy is a place for students who want to have fun with technology. The students at TechBoston Academy are thankful to have computer tools. This is one of the best things that could happen to a student. At the same time, you can learn and have fun!
